Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We offer standard and express shipping within Australia. Delivery times are typically 3–7 business days for standard shipping.
International Shipping We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- New Zealand: 5–10 business days
- United States & Canada: 10–20 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 15–30 business days

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. Free international shipping is available on orders over AUD $300.
Duties & Customs International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
